GUIDE TO SHOPPING ON THE ORGANICA WEBSITE

A. REGISTRATION | LOGIN

To make your shopping experience on the website more convenient, please register an account and log in. After logging in, you can save viewed products, favorite products, manage your purchase history, and make payments more easily.

1. Enter your information to register a new account, including: NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, PASSWORD

1. Access the link: https://organica.vn/account/register

2. Check your email inbox (the one you used to register) and activate your account.

3. Log in again after successfully activating your account.

You have now successfully created a new account and can fully experience the features of the Organica website.

B. PURCHASING | PAYMENT

To avoid interruptions while shopping on the website, please remember to log in to your account first.

1. Selecting Products

Add to Cart immediately by selecting "Buy Now" in the product frame. Or go to Product Details to view information and select "Buy Now". For fresh produce, we offer various weight options for you to choose from. You can increase or decrease the number of packages according to your needs.

You can easily track the quantity of items displayed in the Shopping Cart on the right-hand side.

2. Check Your Shopping Cart and Proceed to Checkout

If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to register/log in before accessing the Shopping Cart page.

Please check the products and quantities in your Shopping Cart. Here, you can adjust the quantity of items as desired. You can return to the homepage, add more products, and then return to the Shopping Cart later.

After completing your purchase, please select your delivery and payment method and enter your information. You can also provide Organica with any specific requirements in the Notes section so we can serve you better.

Select "Checkout" and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email from Organica. Our order processing team will also contact you shortly to confirm any changes (if any) to your order and shipping fees.

C. OTHER

1. Favorites

Save your favorite products by clicking the heart icon next to each product. You can view them again at any time in your Favorites list.

2. Account Management

You can easily manage your orders and personal information on the website. For your convenience in future purchases, you can update your personal information so that the system can automatically save it.

The "Heart" icon allows you to view your points balance and special promotions tailored specifically for you.

3. Purchase History

Here you can review your old orders and choose "Reorder" if needed.
